Join Us as a Business Intelligence Technician! Are you ready to manage and analyze data to drive business decisions? Use your technical and analytical skills to communicate complex data insights and ensure data protection compliance

Your Role

You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing organizational data to ensure its accuracy, security, and accessibility for business decision-making. Working closely with data scientists, IT teams, and business analysts, you will handle large datasets, develop and maintain database systems, and provide technical support for data-related operations. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in data management systems, analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain data systems and procedures to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Perform complex data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Create and maintain documentation for data management processes.
  • Generate reports, visualizations, and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Implement and monitor data quality control procedures, conducting regular audits.
  • Ensure compliance with data security protocols and privacy regulations.
  • Provide technical support for database design, development, and integration projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

Your Skills And Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years in data management or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in data analysis, database management, or data processing roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL, MS SQL SERVER*, Snowflake*, Python*, AWS (Databases ), R, and advanced Power Apps.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred Skills: Advanced certification in data management or analysis and experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, MS SQL SERVER*, Snowflake*, Python*).
