An international manufacturing group in the building materials sector, based in the south of Brussels, is currently looking for a Business Process Expert PRODUCTION to define and standardise the current process flow, define and design business processes and implementing an ERP system beteen production and logistics to enhance effectiveness of those processes.

Reporting to the Business Process Owner, as the Business Process Expert PRODUCTION some of your principle responsibilities will include:

  • Propose changes, innovation, projects and developments to enhance efficiency
  • Implementation of the ERP package in Belgium and Europe
  • Processes standardisation , monitoring and alignment to the business needs
  • Provide on-site best practices, tools and rules for system KEY-users to increase system knowledge;
  • Improve the way of working to enhance business effectiveness and discipline on system usage;
  • Master data administration and management from corporate level
  • Price / Tariff management from general point of view supporting the regions/plants
  • Management the system errors occurrences and propose actions to mitigate/eliminate

The ideal Business Process Expert PRODUCTION has a degree in business engineering and has a good knowledge of manufacturing plant organisation, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in ERP system implementation and integration in an organisation. Strong project management kills desired.

Good knowledge in using Alcib/AWE-AWP ERP system will be of great advantage.

Fluency in English is a must, accompanied by either French or Dutch.

The organisation is looking for someone with a positive attitude towards improvements and changes. Strong organisational and analytical skills. Excellent communication and networking skills.

Readiness to travel up to 40%.
