Your Role

In this challenging and exciting position, you will be actively taking ownership of urgent topics within the business to support the Contract Logistics Director. You will interact with staff at all levels within the BeNeLux organization, especially with the local management at various sites. Since this role has a three-country scope, you will travel to different sites. As a Business Project Consultant, you will continuously build and add value to your network of colleagues and customers.
Your Responsibilities
  • Your responsibilities are widely deployable within the Contract Logistics BeNeLux business unit;
  • You support and challenge the business unit Director;
  • You take ownership to drive and implement specific Business and Implementation projects;
  • You liaise with (local) management to ensure the Director is informed properly;
  • You suggest and conduct improvement tasks and projects, independently carry out specific missions, projects and research, including budgeting and accounting;
  • You build leadership and strategic development experience for yourself, as well as technical experience of the business and business environment.

Your Skills And Experiences
  • High degree of independence, organizational and project management skills, flexibility, very good communication style and a self-motivator, detail-oriented and strong decision making ability;
  • Ability to work under pressure, on own initiative and interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment;
  • Solid knowledge of project management and of the concepts of lean management and continuous improvement;
  • Language skills: English, Dutch and French are mandatory;
  • University degree or similar level of education;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
