You’ll work closely with different teams to manage requests, improve processes, and boost efficiency. This role is perfect if you enjoy fast-paced environments, solving problems, and want to grow your skills in business operations.

Job description:

• Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of business services.

• Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver support.

• Maintain workflow consistency by adhering to established procedures and company policies.

• Provide expert support by developing in-depth knowledge of relevant systems and tools.

• Contribute to projects and initiatives, including system upgrades and new process rollouts.

• Proactively address challenges by identifying issues early and collaborating on effective solutions.

Who are you?

• You have a degree in Business, Life Sciences or a related field.

• You have 1–3 years’ experience or a strong internship background.

• You are Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• You are professionally fluent in English, both written and in speech.

• You have strong MS Office skills; business systems are a plus.
