We are now seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Channel & Retail Manager (Food&Beverages), as part of the Tetra Pak Marketing team, to lead the business relationship within the Retailers in the Food & Beverage industry:

• drive growth as well as identify, prioritize, and pursue business opportunities.
• develop and execute the channels strategy, aligned with Tetra Pak strategy and Key Account business plans.

In this position, you will be the key point of contact for the Distributors in France & Benelux, not only looking to ensure that their operational and strategic issues are coordinated in a timely manner but also identifying their needs and delivering solutions to drive mutual growth.

The position will be based inGroothbijgaarden, Belgium.

Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een dynamische en klantgerichte Food&Beverages Channel & Retail Manager als onderdeel van het Tetra Pak Marketingteam, om de zakelijke relaties binnen de detailhandel in de voedsel- en drankenindustrie te leiden:

Stimuleren van groei en het identificeren, prioriteren en nastreven van zakelijke kansen.
Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de distributiestrategie, in lijn met de Tetra Pak-strategie en

’Key Account business’ plannen.

In deze functie bent u het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor de distributeurs in Frankrijk en de Benelux, en bent u niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig coördineren van hun operationele en strategische kwesties, maar ook voor het identificeren van hun behoeften en het aanbieden van oplossingen om de gezamenlijke groei te bevorderen.

Deze functie is gevestigd in Groothbijgaarden, België.

As a Channel & Retail Manager (Food & Beverages), you will:

• Lead creation, implementation and follow up of the Retail strategy aligned with the Tetra Pak 2030 strategy
• Lead and develop an agenda with the main Retailers in France & Benelux and the related stakeholders to have a clear understanding of their needs
• Actively coordinate and secure business opportunities among customers and retailers
• Lead opportunity management, cross-selling and up-selling promoting Tetra Pak’s portfolio through fact-based value proposals
• Participate in the creation, implementation, and follow up of plans for Key Accounts in collaboration with the rest of the team
• Relevant industry mapping of Tetra Pak and competition position within the Retailers

Als Food&Beverages Channel & Retail Manager zult u:

• Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de creatie, implementatie en opvolging van de Retailstrategie, in lijn met de Tetra Pak-strategie voor 2030.
• Een agenda opstellen met de belangrijkste retailers in Frankrijk en de Benelux en de relevante stakeholders om een duidelijk begrip van hun behoeften te krijgen.
• Actief zakelijke kansen coördineren en veiligstellen bij klanten en retailers.
• Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de opportunity management, cross-selling en upselling van het productportfolio van Tetra Pak via op feiten gebaseerde waardevoorstellen.
• Deelnemen aan de creatie, implementatie en opvolging van plannen voor ’key accounts’ in samenwerking met de rest van het team.
• Relevante sectoranalyse van Tetra Pak en concurrentiepositie binnen de detailhandel.

We believe you have

English

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and experience is required in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a Retailer in the FMCG industry
• Understanding of the Food & Beverages Value Chain. Local market knowledge as well as the FMCG landscape, trends, customers, and categories.
• Professional experience with relationship management, commercial and/or customer-facing experience as well as the ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-drive and the ability to work autonomously
• A consultative and clear communication style with good presentation skills
• A mindset towards life-long learning, with a curious mindset and the ability to take initiative
• Fluent in French and English, Dutch speaking is a plus
• The ability and flexibility to travel throughout France & Benelux (25%)

• Een bachelordiploma of vergelijkbare vaardigheden en ervaring op het gebied van bedrijfskunde, economie, marketing of engineering.
• 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een retailfunctie in de FMCG-branche.
• Inzicht in de waardeketen van voedsel en drank. Lokale marktkennis en kennis van het FMCG-landschap, trends, klanten en categorieën.
• Professionele ervaring met relatiebeheer, commerciële en/of klantgerichte ervaring, evenals het vermogen om duurzame relaties op te bouwen met interne en externe stakeholders.
• Zelfstandig werken
• Een raadplegende en duidelijke communicatiestijl met goede presentatievaardigheden.
• Gericht op levenslang leren, met een nieuwsgierige instelling en het vermogen om initiatief te nemen.
• Vloeiend in het Frans en Engels, met kennis van het Nederlands als een pluspunt.
• Het mogelijkheid en de flexibiliteit om te reizen door Frankrijk en de Benelux (25%).
