For one of my clients, I’m seeking an experienced Senior Mould Engineer to lead multiple mould engineering projects, from concept to production, within the Production, Development, and Engineering domains.

This role focuses on driving product development, optimizing processes, and improving output, yield, and quality. If you’re passionate about high-quality mould engineering and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple mould engineering projects from specification to production.
  • Develop and execute detailed action plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all project goals are met.
  • Troubleshoot mould engineering issues and work with internal teams and subcontractors to implement sustainable improvements.
  • Monitor technical developments in injection moulding, product development, and process optimization to maintain cutting-edge expertise.
  • Build and maintain a network with external specialists to enhance technical capabilities.
  • Maintain an organized documentation system aligned with quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all safety, health, and environmental standards are strictly followed.

Desired Profile:

  • Education/Experience: Industrial Engineer or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Dutch and English Required
  • Technical Expertise: Injection moulding (engineering, processes, machines, and peripherals).
  • Relevant Experience: 3–5 years of experience in mould engineering or a similar field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and project management abilities, with excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
