Are you ready to elevate your career with a telecom pioneer that’s reshaping the industry? This is your chance! Citymesh Sint-Niklaas is looking for a Customer Finance Assistant to join our team in Sint-Niklaas.

As a customer finance assistant, you see the positive side of an old Sicilian proverb: "A good receiver makes a good payer." Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our customers settle their bills in a positive manner.

What You’ll Do
  • Resolve Complaints: Address and resolve any issues that customers may have with their invoices or payments.
  • Manage the Entire Direct Debit Process: Oversee the complete flow of direct debits, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Process Incoming Payments: Read, process, and follow up on incoming payments accurately and promptly.
  • Follow Up with Customers: Proactively reach out to customers to collect outstanding amounts as quickly as possible.
  • Send Reminders and Register Actions: Strictly and systematically send reminders, and register disputes, actions, and payment promises.
Job requirements
  • Experienced: You have some experience in a solid administrative role.
  • Multilingual: You are fluent in written and spoken Dutch, French, and English.
  • Detail-Oriented: You excel at detailed and precise work.
  • Effective Communicator: You communicate smoothly and are always patient and friendly with customers in a commercial manner.
  • Solution-Oriented: You enjoy thinking in terms of solutions and possibilities.
