DIGI Belgium is seeking IT Officers to join our Solutions & Technologies department. As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all computer hardware and software within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installing and configuring operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Cisco
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Managing and troubleshooting networking issues
  • Utilizing diagnostic applications to identify and resolve technical problems
  • Implementing and maintaining structured cabling systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement network infrastructure
  • Monitoring network performance and optimizing network configurations
  • Providing technical support and assistance to end-users
  • Documenting network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Job requirements
  • Strong knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages
  • Experience (1 - 2 years) with network administration and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
  • MAC knowledge is nice to have.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide solutions.
