For our Electrophysiology division, we are recruiting a Clinical Education Specialist.

As An Clinical Education Specialist, You Are Responsible For

  • Determining customers educational needs related to clinical / Abbott EP technologies knowledge and adoption
  • Organizing, conducting and directing training for physicians, physician assistants, nurses and support staff as requested
  • Researching, developing, designing educational materials for customers. Evaluate the available training material and update when necessary assuring alignment with educational needs
  • Developing E-learning material / digital courses for remote customer education
  • Supports development and implementation of virtual and digital technologies within existing and new educational curricula.
  • Keeping proper track of customers courses database
  • Defining proper metrics and data analysis to follow-up customer courses outcome
  • Working closely with the EMEA education team to design and implement strategies
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Abbott products, therapies, markets and business objectives and if requested attend / support congresses and events
  • Performing other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.

The Required Skills And Experience Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years working experience in the EP field with additional progressive work experience in clinical education or related discipline
  • Clinical knowledge of EP and EP products, and proven work with 3D mapping systems (at least, Senior FTE level - B)
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with public speaking skills
  • Ability to travel 70%.
  • Previous experience in Education and Training would be an asset but is not essential
