Barco is embracing the Microsoft Azure platform to serve a multitude of business needs.

At Barco we are looking for a Cloud Engineer to set up, support and enhance the Barco Azure Cloud Infrastructure.

You will work in close collaboration with your IT Infrastructure & Operations colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • You automate and standardize ourcloud infrastructure processes.
  • You design and implement our cloud governance policies and access management.
  • You monitor, alert, automate and scale our cloud solutions and services.
  • You co-design and implement the Azure network including VNET setup and VPN connectivity.
  • You implement cybersecurity tools, processes and metrics to protect networks, clients, servers and data on our Cloud infrastructure.
  • You assure business continuity, through backup and disaster recovery.

Your profile
  • A degree in ICT/IT, computer science or software would be nice, but experience rules. Tell us what you’ve got.
  • You have experience on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. A certification in Azure is considered a plus.
  • You have experience with DevOps and IaC.
  • Knowledge of integrations with non-Microsoft backend and frontend is a plus.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail.
  • You can work autonomously.
