Main Objective of Role

To ensure the financial well-being and profitability of the cluster. Providing finance expertise in achieving these essential financial goals.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the performance of our pharma commercial activities. Provide insights into revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts for the pharma division. Monitor and report on actual performance against these financial targets.
  • Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures to improve the division’s financial efficiency.
  • Assist the Cluster Finance in conducting business analyses and participating in project initiatives
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards
  • Participating in Local Integrated Business Planning Process
  • Create complex financial models to assess various financial scenarios and support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to negotiate favourable terms with suppliers
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy in alignment with Cluster Finance
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, ACCA/CIMA or any other equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG in controlling function
  • Advanced Excel
  • Advanced PowerPoint
  • ERP - Good working knowledge (SAP, TM1, Power BI preferable)
