For our customer in Heusden Zolder, we are looking for a Project manager Sales & IT/AV

Your Tasks

As a Project Manager, you will act as the key link between our Sales Team and our clients. You are responsible for the successful follow-up of projects and the development of new opportunities.

Specifically, you will:

*Project & Sales Management

*Monitor projects across the sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates and alignment with business objectives

*Provide weekly reporting on ongoing projects and expected forecasts

*Prepare and present monthly reports on project status, milestones, and sales performance

Business Development & Client Relations

*Proactively identify and develop new project opportunities in targeted sectors

*Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential clients

*Organize and attend online meetings (Microsoft Teams) and on-site visits with decision-makers and technical stakeholders

Training & Brand Awareness

*Host webinars and product training sessions for distribution partners and installers

*Act as a strategic liaison between the Sales team and clients to ensure clarity, alignment, and long-term collaboration

Your Profile

*Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

*At least 5 years of experience in project management or business development

*Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Scandinavian languages)

*Strong IT affinity, ideally with experience in:KVM over IP, AV over IP

*Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

*Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing cross-functional projects

*Interest in IT trends and business development in ProAV and KVM technologies
