Our client is currently seeking a Commissioning Manager to join their team.

Manage, guide and control the Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities, to bring the new Terminal installations from inactive condition to a state of readiness for introduction of gas, activities to cool down, introduce gas, and demonstrate that the facilities work as per project and Terminal requirements.
Participate in the elaboration, perform a review, and approve the commissioning strategy and commissioning procedures.
Collaborate with Construction and Quality team in the process of construction completion.
Collaborate with HSE safety Team to ensure the safe conditions for commissioning.
Participate the project coordination meetings for construction completion.
Define the acceptance criteria to start of commissioning.
Check the readiness of the installation to accept the status of Mechanical Completion.
Organise and manage the commissioning team.
Organise daily follow-up and weekly coordination for commissioning activities.
Coordinate with Terminal operator for all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Participate in the elaboration of “Indienstname verslagen”.
Participate in the elaboration of dossier for CE marking.
Report to Project Management and Project Direction.

Master in a technical discipline.
Minimum of 10 year experience of commissioning, 5 year experience of commissioning management, 5 year experience in gas and LNG installations.
Knowledge of the related and applicable codes and standards.
Knowledge of information computer systems (MS Office).
Skilled in implementing of a commissioning strategy and methodologies.
Capable to work in a structured and organized way.
Flexibility and availability to work according project time schedule, including possible works during weekends or in shifts.
English speaking, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
