As Consolidation Manager, you work together with 5 colleagues and as a team member you supportyour colleaguesin preparingthe consolidated accounts.
You leadand/or participatein improvement initiativesfor the financial consolidationreporting process and tools.
You will acquire consolidation skills and knowledge about the consolidation tool (a project is ongoing to implement SAP Group Reporting to replace BFC on HANA).
Together with your team members, you help implementthe new consolidation tool where possible.
During the reporting periods youco-hostthe helpdeskto support controllersand financial managers in solving reporting questions (mostly system related).
You prepare the quarterly consolidated accounts and analysisof the financial statements(including support to the preparation of the annual report).
You provide financial information to different stakeholders by running existing and developing new reports.
You will help in monitoring the useof IFRS accounting policieswithin the group.
You offer financial insightsand engagein efficiency improvement projects.
As Consolidation Manageryou take on ad hoc assignmentsin the above areas, which may require occasional travelling.

PROFILE DESCRIPTION

As Consolidation Manageryou hold a Master’s degree with a Finance/Accountingbias.
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in finance.
You have a decent knowledgeof financial consolidationand IFRS.
You are digitally savvyand keen on continuous improvement.
You have an analyticalmind, you work in a structuredway and you have a helicopter view to assess the consequences of specific actions.
To achieve common goals, you actively cooperate with others, you like to helpand supportyour colleagues and you like to shareyour knowledgewith the team members.
You are ahands-on person, and you’re eager to continuously learn new things to deepen your expertise related to consolidation.
As Consolidation Manageryou are fluent in English and knowledge of any other language is an asset.
