Roles & Responsibilities

  • Finance and accounting analysis including profitability analysis, working capital improvement, preparation of business plans;
  • Design and implementation of internal reporting processes including organization of financial closings, consolidation process, etc. to ensure timely and accurate data to meet management reporting requirements (efficient reporting cycles with quality of information);
  • Advice on complex technical issues in the accounting and reporting related process, on the implications of accounting standard changes (in particular IFRS/US Gaap) and other regulatory changes;
  • Preparation of financial reporting guidelines, accounting policies and chart of accounts harmonization, handbooks and reporting processes;
  • Development of methodology for carve-out financial statement including identification of allocation keys, technical accounting support and audit documentation; IFRS or other GAAP conversion services including impact analysis on accounting & reporting, on systems, people and organization as a whole.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You hold a Master degree and have at least 3 years of experience in either financial management consulting and/or as a controller, business analyst, senior accountant or external auditor in a corporate environment.
  • You have experience in: Financial Accounting and Reporting processes Knowledge of BEGAAP, IFRS standards and other GAAPs
  • Financial analysis and project management skills are essential.
  • You have a strong analytical mind, a talent for organization and you are a good communicator.
  • You are stress resistant, flexible, client and service minded.
  • For you, an international environment is a positive challenge and you are willing to work abroad when needed.
