Job Summary

For TVH, the Continuous Improvement program is a key building block in the strategic plan for the next years.

As the Continuous Improvement Facilitator of the Customer Experience Department you coach the teams and team leaders in building a true Continuous Improvement culture within TVH.
  • You make people enthusiastic about improvements and lean/Continuous Improvement principles for a couple of teams (Digital, Data, Marketing, Pricing, CX).
  • You coach and coordinate bottom-up improvement projects.
  • You support the teams with the implementation of specific improvement tools and methods.
  • You act as the local Continuous Improvement expert, and you are the central point of contact.
  • You report and communicate clearly about status and progress.
  • You work closely with the management team of the department to gradually install the mindset of Continuous Improvement, and design the roadmap.
  • You coordinate the necessary training and support the business to build the needed skills.
You will play a key role in TVH! As a true ambassador of the Continuous Improvement program within TVH, you collaborate with operational teams,... management and the corporate centers of excellence to share good practices and exchange success stories.

Profile
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent by experience. You have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. You have a background in one or more of the following areas: CX, Pricing, Digital, Data, Marketing, ...
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
  • Experience in project and change management is a plus.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint and are familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • You are solution and result driven with a focus on the customer.
  • You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • You have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
