Coordinator - Psychologist :
For this vacancy we are looking for a psychologist who is clinically qualified, has a solid and relevant experience in professional coaching within companies, and has a strong knowledge of the problems of physical accidents and associated reclassification actors. In a socio-professional return to work department, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire occupational resumption process of the long-term sick, in accordance with Workplace Options guidelines, the Code of Ethics of Psychologists and the broader insurance framework.

In particular, you are responsible for:
  • Conduct individual telephone conversations with stakeholders and policyholders.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team (physician, clinical and occupational psychologist, social worker, physiotherapist) to analyze problems and personal and professional limitations that influence the resumption of activity.
  • I ndividual return-to-activity programs to establish and coordinate.
  • To ezicht to keep the regional network of professionals who are responsible for the actual support, to ensure ethics, efficiency and quality of interventions.
  • P rofessionals recruit when the situation requires.
  • D eelnemen to the financial growth of the enterprise by providing the financial reporting of the activities of the files.
  • D eelnemen to internal and external training activities related to your skills.
  • St atistische report and oral presentation of interventions to clients.
  • Z AKING for good relations with insurers.
  • S earch solutions to professional problems: physical mobility limitations, adjustments function retirement.
Profiel:
  • Klinische psychologie en psychopathologie, met een robuuste kennis van arbeidspsychologie en/of Human Resources.
  • Goede kennis van het ondernemingsklimaat en de spelers binnen de reïntegratie (Directie, human resources, bedrijfsarts ...).
  • Goede kennis van welzijnsregelingen.
  • Ervaring van minimaal 5 jaar in de gezondheidszorgsector, met goede kennis van sociale hulpmiddelen beschikbaar bij beperkingen.
  • Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden.
  • Goede beheersing van Word, Excel, Power
Point.
  • Kennis van de verzekeringsbranche is een pluspunt
