Description

Tasks:

Business development
IP (including negotiating and drafting agreements on technology transfers and licenses, co-development agreements, partnerships and collaborations, outsourcing and IT services agreements, software development, etc.)
Advise on all issues related to trademark, copyright and design law, trade secret law, as well as reviewing IP-related contracts
In addition, you assist clients in developing solid IP strategies

Profiles

Requirements:

You have at least 8yearsof relevant experience in different aspects of intellectual property law
Ambitious and passionate about the field
You are a team player
You are French speaking with a very good knowledge of English
