For our dermatology portfolio we are looking for an experienced Country Brand Lead to bring new innovative medicines to the patients.

Location: Elsene, Brussels
- Driving access strategy and support the XF Access Team to achieve the desired access, pricing and reimbursement
- Being responsible for the management of forecast, revenues and expenses as well as for the development of the local strategic and tactical omnichannel plans based on customer/account/patient insights in alignment with XF team members
- Building & executing a launch excellence omnichannel plan for your dermatology portfolio to successfully increase our customer and patient impact through new digital channels and further optimization of current non-digital channels
- Leading different Pfizer cross-functional teams to ensure diverse expert input from colleagues and to drive team execution while thinking on new creative and innovative ways of interacting with our customers while keeping patient centricity at the core of all activities
- Co-leading with medical the development of non-promotional (on top and/or instead of promotional/branded) materials based on customer/account/patient insights and customer/account/patient needs, via the GLOCAL model
- Being accountable for managing forecasts, revenues and expenses
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing and customer engagement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in direct-to-consumer strategies and/or community marketing is a plus
- Able to understand strategic business needs and customer insights and translate them into clearly defined digital and/or non-digital marketing campaigns
- Effective collaboration skills: works effectively within different teams; comfortable with shared responsibility; takes appropriate risks if/when needed; celebrates achievements; demonstrates a sense of urgency and ownership.
- Advanced knowledge of non-digital (incl. more traditional) marketing tactics as well as digital marketing tactics (eg. Email Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, etc.)
- Ability to analyze data, interpret and communicate clear, actionable recommendations
- Dutch or French (C2) and Business English (C1)
