For our Specialty Care ( SP) ( Eg: Anti- infective, Cardio, …) portfolio we are looking for an experienced Country Brand Lead to bring new innovative medicines to the patients.

Country Brand Lead Speciality Care
- Drive access strategy and support the XF Access Team to achieve the desired access, pricing and reimbursement.
- Be responsible for the development of the local strategic and tactical omnichannel plans based on customer/account/patient insights in alignment with cross-functional team members.
- Think on new creative and innovative ways of interacting with our customers while keeping patient centricity at the core of all activities.
- Able to take ownership and drive projects from conceptualization to implementation.
- Active monitoring of developments in the healthcare environment, trends, competitor activities, customer- and patient-insights.
- Accountable for managing forecasts, revenues and expenses.
- well-founded experience in marketing and customer engagement in SP environment.
- Able to understand strategic business needs and customer insights and translate them into clearly defined digital and/or non-digital marketing campaigns.
- Effective collaboration skills: works effectively within different teams; comfortable with shared responsibility; takes appropriate risks if/when needed; celebrates achievements; demonstrates a sense of urgency and ownership.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret and communicate clear, actionable recommendations.
- Identifies, measures and evaluates key performance metrics.
- Experience interacting with external customers & stakeholders and acting upon customer insights.
- Business English (C1).
- Dutch (C1) or French (C1), with a minimal requirement to understand and communicate in both languages.
