Your future job

As a Customer Quality Technician at Melexis, you will contribute to the enhancement of product and system performances in terms of quality and cost efficiency.

More specifically, you will:

  • Act as front line responsible for initial failure analysis steps on non-conforming products and technical implementation of systems solutions across the Quality organization
  • Handle customer complaints according to Melexis procedures
  • Perform root cause analysis on the complaint product and investigate new or known failure modes
  • Timely support failure analysis process according to the defined flows
  • Ensure the availability of product related reports, data and system related records
  • Work in a cross functional team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor in Electronics or equivalent by experience
  • Basic knowledge of failure analysis methods including application of relevant equipment
  • Knowledge of problem solving methods
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Basic knowledge in quality, software and engineering tools/methods
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Fluent in English
