Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist located in Ghent. The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer retention. Day-to-day tasks include providing customer support, addressing client concerns, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Support skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
