Our Customer is an growing Belgian company active in the Technology & Telecom industry.

On the back of a strong national and international growth we are currently reinforcing the Customer Experience tam with a Customer Service Manager.

The position

  • Be the mean point of contact for customer complex escalation.
  • Build, coordinate and execute escalation action plan with the different departments involved
  • Apply a customer centric approach and make sure smooth communication and feedback happen
  • Internal reporting and identify repetitive escalations for business optimization purpose

The profile

  • A few years experience in Customer interaction roles
  • Any knowledge in the ICT/Cloud landscape is a plus but not a must
  • Experience with project management, customer handling and potentially problem management
  • Excellent communications skills in Dutch, French and English
  • Pragmatic character with good organisation skills
  • Problem solving minded and stress resistant
