We are now seeking a Customer Service Teamleader to help us further building the future of food. You will be based in Roeselare, Belgium and report to the Customer Service Manager. You will be part of a great team of people based in Roeselare, Belgium.

You will contribute on the development of customer service and the O2C process.

What You Will Do

  • Be operationally responsible for the Order to Delivery process within your team
  • Obtain high service level in a cost efficient way of working with a continuous development mindset
  • Drive development and strategic implementation of the function
  • Actively promote cooperation between the Customer Service function and other supply chain functions as well as other functions within the Paulig group
  • Set clear targets, give feedback, prioritize work and evaluate performance

You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this:

  • First experience in leading a team is highly recommendable
  • Excellent in collaboration and networking (both internally and externally)
  • Structured and with high documentation skills
  • To enjoy this role, you need to be a team player with a positive and energetic can-do attitude, capability for building partnerships, and at the same time ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch
