Your Role & Responsibilities- Daily handling and follow-up of transport orders
- Pro-actively reporting problems/delays/... to the customer
- Thinking creatively and cost-efficiently with the customer to solve problems
- Handling extra costs and recovering them if possible
- Cooperating in a team
Alternating schedule between 7h30 and 17h30

Your profile
The following qualities describe you:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
- Several years of experience in customer service or in the logistics sector;
- Good written and spoken knowledge of Dutch and English
- Communication skills and ability to negotiate
- Assertive
- Team player
