  • Serve as the primary partner of our customers and help them increase the adoption of our solution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Proactively address customer issues, gather feedback, and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, ensuring a clear understanding of software features and integration into their workflows.
  • Engage in proactive collection and communication of customer feedback, issues, and market trends to internal teams at WHISE, influencing ongoing product improvements.
  • Monitor customer usage patterns to identify opportunities for additional features or enhancements.
  • Provide training sessions, create and update educational materials, and conduct webinars to help clients utilize the SaaS product effectively.
  • Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on evolving customer needs, in close collaboration with the sales team.
  • Hold (at least) a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent.
  • Proven 2-3 years of successful experience in project delivery, project management, process improvement, incident management and service delivery excellence.
  • Exhibit a passion for exceeding customer expectations and for helping customers solve problems with product-based solutions.
  • Possess strong multitasking abilities to efficiently manage multiple small projects in an agile way.
  • Showcase exceptional team player skills coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Thrive in a high-paced delivery context.
  • Fluent in French and English AND Dutch.
