We are looking for a motivated, self-starter Customer Success Manager who can balance competing priorities in a fun, results-oriented work environment. You will be responsible for the customer success and retention of our clients and finding the “win-win” in any customer interaction. You have a background in B2B software, and you love helping customers succeed. And making them smile, while you’re at it
Your main activities:
- You will help TenForce define and optimize our Customer Success process and performance.
- Proactively reach out to our enterprise customers to ensure they are happy and successfully using our product, remove barriers, understand bottlenecks, etc.
- Be an active part of new clients’ onboarding, driving license activation, product adoption, and expansion opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell – notice clients who have needs that our products can help address.
- You develop and maintain management-level relationships with your customers, helping to shape their strategic vision around using TenForce in their organizations.
- Serve as a customer advocate, help push feature requests, and resolve escalations by engaging with Product, Engineering, Support, and Project Management teams.
- You collaborate and align teams to offer a unified customer experience outside TenForce.
Who are we looking for?
- You are a 360° professional, analytical, able to connect the dots between the client’s needs and TenForce and discuss business in the language of the customer.
- You’re familiar with or curious to learn about new industries and disciplines like EHSQ, Risk Management, manufacturing, digital transformation, and everything in between. Your interest and ability to learn about these topics is essential.
- You feel at ease in the fast-paced sales environment. You love to listen and communicate with colleagues, prospects, customers and partners from all levels and diverse backgrounds.
- English and Dutch proficiency (written and spoken) are both important for your success in this job.
