Job brief
We are looking for a Happy Customer Manager to assist our customers when using the SeekandCare platform.
Our Happy Customer Manager’s responsibilities will go above and beyond to make our customers... HAPPY ! This includes - but doesn’t reduces to - resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding our users (often doctors or healthcare professionals) in their customer experience. To be successful in this role, ideally you have a first experience in the healthcare industry. But also, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust and speak their language.
Ultimately, you will be the guardian of our Customers’ experience with SeekandCare.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat. Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved;
- Identify customer needs and help customers to use the platform and source their product in the smoothest way possible;
- Analysis of customers’ recurring purchases and satisfaction surveys satisfaction surveys to improve the service;
- Analysis of figures and ROI on customer purchases;
- Work in collaboration with the Sales and Engineering teams for the design of the website and improvement of the sales processes;
- Work in collaboration with the Sales & Suppliers teams to adapt the sourcing when required;
- Follow-up of quotes, orders, invoicing;
- Monitor eventual customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance when required;
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams;
- Assist in training junior Happy Customer Officers.
- You have an experience within the Healthcare industry OR in a StartUp OR in an E-Commerce platform;
- A first experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Success role is a plus;
- You love to be in contact with people and you are a good listener;
- Bilingual French / Dutch + a good command of English are required;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Multi-tasking abilities, proactive and you love challenges;
- Patience when handling tough cases.
