Our client is looking for its next Customer Success Manager for Ghent.

Specialized in cloud-based solutions, our client is a dynamic and successful start-up.

Your responsibilities:
  • As a member of the Services and Support team, you are responsible for the implementation of our client’s cloud-based solution for customers: You assess the customer’s current situation, analyze and understand their needs. You find innovative solutions and suggestions to improve the customer’s use and experience.
  • You are also in charge of the training and support of your customers: You prepare the training material and keep it up to date.
  • You help our client’ sales team and partners: You help them out in the sales process through product positioning, key benefits and presentations to customers and prospects.
  • You will be involved in the company’s product definition. You work together with the R&D team on new ideas based on your experience and contacts with customers and prospects.


Your profile:
  • Your are native Ducth speaker
  • You have a Bachelo’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting ot Managerment Reporting
  • Experience is not required, but it helps
  • You have strong communication and problem-solving skills (detecting, solving, optimising). You have strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • You are customer-oriented. Teamwork is in your DNA, but you are also able to work independently.
  • You show a great interest in technology.
