For one of our clients in Belgium, we are looking for a Data Loss Prevention Analystto join our Team.

Location: Braine-l’Alleud /Anderlecht (HQ) / Hybrid

Languages: ENG (Mandatory) and Dutch or French (Nice to have)

Employment Type: Permanent or Freelance

Start Date: ASAP


Objective of the Job
Looking for DLP Analyst who will support the project manager to make easier the regular production of operational reports that will help to shape the nature of risks and give insights to build the future strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the mechanism to export or get the data from Purview on a filterable and standardized format
  • Integration and update of the data in the PowerBI system based on the requirements. Set an easy mechanism to update data without a reconnection at each update of the report, and without the redesign of the report at each update.
  • [Potentially] If confirmed by the adopted strategy, demand management and business analyst roles to translate business expectations into functions and reports.
  • Generate of new reports based on formatted requirements (examples defined below)
  • generation of new reports instances on a weekly or monthly basis
  • Generate a weekly report instance with movements of files
  • Update of a weekly one-slide project report


Requirements:

Must Haves

  • Office 365 DLP (Data Loss Prevention module) - Min 2 years
  • Purview
  • Data integration. Basis of IA.
  • Ability to automate integration of data from Purview to PowerBI.
  • Good knowledge of DLP environment
  • Data Management principles
Nice to have:
  • Experience in facial recognition might be an asset
  • Languages: speaks French or Dutch + excellent business
