Introduction

We are looking for an Expert in documenting access management and other IT security processes and excellent analytical and problem solving.

Function

Manage the different aspects of access rights in SYSPER, including roles, delegations, actors in the different modules of SYSPER and related applications
Analyze access rights requests and provide support to implement them, ensuring coherence and alignment with data protection requirement in the framework of current business and technical constraints
Define test use cases and perform tests to ensure correct implementation of new features and changes having an impact on security or introducing new security requirements
Monitor, promote and contribute to the quality of access rights management in SYSPER and contribute to the continuous evolution of the related framework, tools and deliverables
Advice HR business units, HR professionals and eventually specific users in the use of the access rights policy, contribute to training and elaboration of technical and user oriented documentation.
Follow data protection and security incidents linked to access rights and suggest possible solutions
Contribute to the analysis and implementation of data protection and IT security recommendations and projects

Requirements

Expertise and experience in access management for complex HR IT systems using personal data
Expertise and experience in documenting access management and other IT security processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced technical writing skills
Ability to interface effectively with users, technical staff and (senior) management
Knowledge of data protection requirement and related IT controls
Good communication skills, written and oral in EN and FR

The consultant will be responsible to:
Serve the clients - mainly DG HR business units - as a support / helpdesk for managing access rights in SYSPER;
Provide analyses how to match best access rights and personal data protection / security rules;
Support the continuous improvement of the management of access rights;
Liaise with DIGIT and other stakeholders for alignment and implementation
