Datacenter People is working with a global leader in delivering Data Center services. This is an exciting time to join this organisation as they step up operations in new countries and commence work on new and challenging projects. As a result of this growth, they are looking to recruit a Data Center Facilities Engineer.

This position will require day shift and night shift working including weekends

Role

  • Assisting with the maintenance, repair of Data Center critical equipment
  • Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Supporting senior engineers with breakdowns and project work
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Adhering to health & safety regulations and promoting safe working practices

Skills

  • A relevant engineering qualification
  • A genuine interest in mechanical and/or electrical systems
  • Great problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication in English
  • Must be willing to work shifts including night shifts and weekends
