GEOxyz is a leading international survey company specialized in hydrographic, geophysical & geotechnical and topographical surveys, site investigations, renewable energy support and crew transfers for the on- near and offshore industry.

In search of a DataLab Manager (Head Office in Zwevegem)

As a DataLab Manager you are accountable for the DataLab performance, efficiency and quality standards. You establish, monitor and aim for improvements within the GEOxyz processing capacities and you measure the performance of the DataLab team.

Your main tasks:

  • You lead, coach, manage, plan and support the dataLab team.
  • You ensure that company processing software can meet future demands.
  • You establish and guard, together with the team of Datalab Coordinators and Lead Project Data Coordinator, the processing procedures and standards to follow within GEOxyz.
  • You are responsible for departmental budget and year plan.
  • You report directly to the COO.

What do we expect from you?

  • Master’s degree (preferably Engineer) in a relevant scientific field
  • Affinity for Hydrographic, Geophysical & Geotechnical surveys, Offshore & Topography
  • Proficiency in dataLab management
  • QHSE knowlege: company policies, procedures and relevant documentation
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills (English and Dutch), both written and verbal
