From strategy definition to technology design and implementation, you will work alongside stakeholders to solve business challenges, creating tangible value by:

• Assisting clients to (re)define their finance strategy in line with their digital transformation ambition.
• Managing projects from beginning to the end and leading teams to achieve high performance results.
• Designing and implementing digital solutions to create fast, low-touch and high-precision finance operations.
• (Re-)designing processes and organisations (e.g. Centre of Excellence) to support clients’ long-term automation goals.
• Playing a key role in the growth of the Digital Finance service offering
• Developing internal capabilities and inspire/mentor young potentials

• + 6 years relevant professional experience
• You are passionate about the latest trends and technologies and are able to turn them into opportunities to help our clients gain competitive advantage
• You have a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting processes
• You have a great ability to co-create a compelling strategic vision for Finance
• You have strong leadership and people management skills
• You are a team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• You are fluent in English, Dutch and French (written, spoken)
