We’re looking for a curious Digital Growth Leader!

Wherever communication needs technology, Televic is at work. We develop, manufacture and install high-tech communication systems with a focus on 4 niche markets: Conference, Education, Healthcare and Rail. Televic Group enables the strategic ambitions of these Business Units by centralizing all IT, HR, finance, operations and procurement activities.

To support our growth ambitions we are on the lookout for a curious Digital Growth Leader to join the new digital team of our IT department. You have a broad and generalist interest, you are looking for a job full of variation and are involved in driving completely different projects, one after another, allowing you to have impact on and learn from each division in the company. Thereby, you drivethe digital transformation agenda at Televic international.

Working as a Digital Growth Leader

• Every quarter, Televic selects tangible projects – pitched from business colleagues – that can make Televic stronger, better and more digital than before. One or two of these projects are assigned to each Digital Growth Leader.
• You are interested in setting up digital solutions by yourself, you are able to communicate and collaborate with external experts and partners when specialized in-depth knowledge is needed. You have a DIY attitude.
• You collaborate closely with the Project Owner in the business unit and together you are focused on “Getting Things Done”.
• You apply fail fast experiments, guerrilla tactics and project management skills to fast track digitization process. Curiously, diving into new areas of expertise that help you become a better professional and Televic a better company.
• You think out of the box, solution focused and beyond the technological limits, you make sure that the people (colleagues, customers, external parties so all stakeholders) that need to work with your digital realizations are completely ready to take over the ownership at the end of the project.

Professional skills we’re looking for:

• You combine a Master’s degree (preferably economics or related) with 5+ years of experience.
• You speak and write English fluently; Dutch is a plus.
• You have experience to execute data analysis with tools like Excel or PowerBI.
• You are interested to learn about new technologies like IBPMS, chatbots, RPA, etc.
