Are you a natural born geek passionate about gaming and licensed products? You are active in digital marketing and have already developed some expertise on that area ? Then you might have found your ideal next step.
We are looking for a qualified and creative Digital Marketing Manager to drive awareness, sales, and expansion of our online and offline products. If you are experienced in social media and if you are able to develop engaging content, become the voice of our brands!
In the role of Digital marketing manager, you will lead team to determine major pain points and opportunities for our business. You will design, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow our brand’s market share and customer base.
What you will do :
- Translating the go-to-market story into concrete actions and campaigns
- Use social media to engage with users, respond to questions, and promote our brands on social media platforms
- Detect and recruit local community managers (volunteers), manage them and oversee their work
- Develop creative and attractive content: Plan, write, and publish articles
- Design and execute community management campaigns and optimize on a day-to day basis their performance
- Participate in the deployment of our marketing plan
- Collaborate actively with sales and field teams to secure a flawless execution
- Gather relevant data to evaluate impact and report to the Marketing Manager and CEO
What we are looking for:
- You can count on 3 years min of relevant experience in digital marketing
- You master omnichannel marketing, SEO strategies, online advertising, customer lifetime values, conversion rate optimization, marketing automation...
- You are a data-oriented and open-minded person with excellent presentation and communication skills
- You are trilingual FR/ENG/NL
- You are at ease with data analysis
- You have a significant experience with community management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Hubspot) is a PLUS
- You are proficient in Excel (formulas, etc) and are a master at making impactful PowerPoint presentations
- You have great organization skills and you are detail oriented
- You are passionate about the gaming industry and culture
- You are dynamic, motivated, and entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines with a curiosity and desire to learn
- You are very flexible in your day2day job
