We deal with the sales and marketing of construction and material handling equipment across Europe and are constantly looking for motivated new colleagues to join our team.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Marketing Team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Job description

You’ll make sure our websites are in excellent shape and brings value to customers, dealers, partners and to the company.

You work seamlessly with the rest of the marketing team. This way, you make sure the online experience is well-aligned with our off-line efforts and the brand and products are correctly represented on the principal websites.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Maintaining and developing the design and features of our websites (2 sites, 6 languages).
• Keeping websites up to date with product offerings and blogs (SEO).
• Driving quality traffic to the website (organic, paid for, as required).
• Connecting end customers with the right dealers/departments (leads, enquiries, CRM).
• Working seamlessly with the rest of the marketing team, making sure the online experience is well-aligned with our off-line efforts.
• Building and maintaining accessible reporting suite for the above.
• Analysing monthly digital performances on agreed KPIs and regularly reviewing and reporting on web analytics.
• Making recommendations on continuous improvement regarding our digital marketing.
• This includes updating websites with product offerings and blogs, ensuring the brand and products are correctly represented on principal websites.
• Writing web content.

You team up with our internal Marcoms and Product teams for copywriting: you’ll also manage our external digital agency.

You report into our Senior Marketing Manager.

Profile

• You are passionate about web design, SEO and SEM
• You combine a hands-on approach with a creative mindset. You also like to be involved with the nuts and bolts of keeping a website up to date and improving customer experience
• You know Google Analytics like the back of your hand
• You have an eye for detail
• You are fluent in English and at least 1 other of these languages: French, German, Dutch, Spanish or Italian. The more languages you actively master, the better!
• You have a positive attitude and enjoy contributing to a bigger whole. Yet you can work autonomously
• You preferably have CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
• Ideally, you are familiar with Sitecore although understanding the inner workings of most CMS’s will stand you in good stead
• You live in the neighborhood of Tessenderlo
