We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on SEO to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving organic growth and enhancing our online presence through strategic search engine optimization techniques. Location: Europe.

Responsibilities

• Improve performance of www.icareweb.com, drive global traffic & increase conversions, assist in the development and maintenance of the site.
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for a multilingual website to increase organic search rankings and visibility across major search engines, conducting key word research.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., and report on key metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators and the social media team to ensure that all content is optimized for search engines across various platforms.
• Manage off-page SEO tactics including link building and influencer outreach to enhance domain authority.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
• Participate in the planning and execution of online events, webinars and promotional events.
On top of these responsibilities you join and assist the corporate marketing team where necessary.

Your skills:

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, business, information technology or a related field with minimum three years of experience in digital marketing and communication, with a focus on digital content creation.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and keyword research tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration (wordpress for example).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• You’re fluent in English, and if you are comfortable with other languages, that’s a plus
