THE SCOPE

Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Digital Marketing Tech to join its CRM team.

The Digital marketing technologist is one of the crucial link of the CRM&Loyalty Team. He helps design and implement effective technology solutions for promotional campaigns and is responsible for the right integration and schedule of all our communications through different channels (email, SMS, rich inbox, etc.).

Analytical mind, the Digital marketing technologist is a reference in terms of IP reputation tracking and email deliverability.

Based on his analysis, he proposes new templates and tracks results in order to improve our open&click rates and the satisfaction of our customers.

The email marketing tech is key in the marketing organization and reports to the Promotion manager.

YOUR ROLE

• Create and edit HTML & CSS email templates and create emails in our templating tools (wysiwyg)
• Maintain top quality of our emails and propose AB testing
• Analyze in depth the performance of our campaigns
• Create marketing promotions on our customer websites
• Manage our emailing services and help setting up new partner’s accounts
• Schedule all our campaigns in our CRM system
• Collaborate closely with other teams (designer, Content Manager, CRM strategists, developers, …)
• Contribute to the constant improvement of our processes, tools, mailing display & features, …
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a marketing orientation.
• Knowledge and understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Experience in emailing service providers (Sendgrid, Ongage) is a plus
• Deep understanding of email KPIs
• Analytical skills to conduct tests and ability to speak about campaign performance
• Strong attention to detail and very good time management skills
• Fluent FR (internal language) and good command of English
• Understanding of marketing automation platforms (CRM softwares like Optimove)
• Problem-solving capabilities
