Job Purpose and Impact

The Digital Media Specialist will help drive the evolution of digital media and enrich the current marketing mix to effectively represent the products, brands, services and the organization to customers and prospects. We seek a professional who will identify opportunities to generate leads through Salesforce and more specifically Marketing Cloud, and help improve the (digital) customer journey with a keen eye for user experience. Key Accountabilities

  • Execute and lead large-scale, multi-channel digital marketing communications and promotion efforts.
  • Work as the subject matter expert and Marketing automation go-to person with colleagues in your team and with stakeholders across our business to align on goals/KPIs, planning and execution.
  • Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
  • Design, develop and implement marketing programs to support the organization’s products, services or market sector.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience working directly with marketing automation tools, including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Track record of optimizing lead conversion and nurturing results to drive sales
  • Broad knowledge of Salesforce
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Project management skills, well organized and able to engage key stakeholders throughout process steps
