Our client is the European leader in the distribution of spare parts and accessories for after-sales professionals.

As a Sales Manager in the Belgian office, you will work with the management team to develop the market and will have the following tasks:

  • Helping to draw up the sales strategy, defining the action plan, monitoring its implementation and relaying strategic information to the sales force,
  • Analysing and monitoring existing customers and developing a portfolio of potential customers (prospects, leads),
  • Managing the activities of sales staff in line with their respective objectives: analysing and interpreting results, implementing corrective actions, monitoring the application of sales processes and activity monitoring tools.
  • Optimising sales organisation, sales processes and the resources required to carry out activities.
  • Monitor the sector, the competition and the future (anticipate customer and user developments and trends).

Location: Hasselt, Belgium

Remuneration: between €60K and €70K depending on profile + bonus + car

Profile:

  • -You will have significant experience and a proven track record in a similar role,
  • - You have already managed a sales team and developed sales strategies,
