Key Responsibilities:

HR Plan
• Contribute to the annual HR Plan and relevant HR Strategy processes
• Ensure all projects and initiatives that sit within the HR Business Partnering function are appropriately resourced and are delivered to the highest of standards to maximise business benefits
• Collaborate with the Head of HR Projects in the delivery of HR projects, ensuring effective planning, delivery and return on investment

Employee Relations and Engagement
• Lead the HR Business Partnering team to provide HR guidance and proactive case management on employee relations cases from disciplinary and grievance to complex organisational changes, restructures, and redundancies
• Act as an escalation point for senior management and provide commercial HR guidance to senior management, within a complex multi-territory and matrix management structure
• Ensure senior managers are aware of all key people matters for their teams and work in partnership to identify priorities and build into a people plan for the department
• Lead the HR Business Partnering team in the driving and ongoing management of employee engagement initiatives including both internal tools and external accreditations

HR BP Leadership
• Support the HR Business Partnering team in ensuring all policies and procedures support the Company’s business needs and reflect any developments in employment legislation
• Day to day line management of the HR Business Partnering team globally, proactive objective setting and ongoing performance management

Recruitment and Selection
• Ensure the HR Business Partnering function effectively collaborate with line managers and support the HR team recruiters in the delivery of all resource planning activity
• Act as an escalation point and lead for complex and senior level recruitment

Learning and Development
• Ensure the HR Business Partnering function appropriately collaborate with line managers and support the Head of Learning and Development in the delivery of all L&D activity
• Act as an escalation point and lead for L&D projects as required

Remuneration and Benefits/Payroll/HR Administration
• Ensure annual payroll processes including salary review and annual discretionary bonus are expertly managed by the HR Business Partnering and HR administration functions
• Support the HR Business Partners with Compensation and Benefits projects as required
• Ensure the HR Business Partners are effectively managing administrative resource in the delivery of critical administrative tasks including onboarding, payroll and benefits co-ordination
• HR budget management and regional oversight, supporting Business Units with their budgets in relation to people overheads

Systems and Reporting
• Provide regular and relevant management information
• Ensure the HR Business Partnering Function provide HR metrics and KPI updates for all periodic reporting

Requirements:

• Previous global HR experience and leading global HR operations is essential at a senior level
• Previous European HR and Works Council experience
• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources
• Significant International Human Resources experience within a professional environment or service industry
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Previous merger and acquisition experience
• Experience working across all HR disciplines including generalist HR, employee relations, resourcing, performance, and development
• Experience dealing with organizational change management
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication both verbal and written and consultative skills
• Experience in writing and presenting business communications, including presentations, written reports
• Experience of working with people data to inform recommendations to business stakeholders
• Ability to build relationships at all levels
• High integrity and ethics
• Exhibits sound judgment, decision making capability and attention to detail while balancing and delivering on a wide range of challenges and tasks
• Results driven and business focused
• Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in utilizing both Microsoft tools and IT platforms to track projects effectively
• 2nd European Language (French or German preferred)
