You work with functions and business units to develop strategic roadmaps and to plan agreed-to outcomes. In this role, you ensure that commitments are met, and serve as the point of contact for Mondelēz International Business Services.

How You Will Contribute

You will offer your support on issues and challenges that arise in the processes used in the shared services team and/or with third-party suppliers. In addition, you will support internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and see business projects through to completion. You will also contribute to operational processes by ensuring that key performance indicators and performance management targets are met and by sharing best practices and supporting the super key user community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the timely availability and quality of product information data in order to support all data publishing requirements to customers.
  • Data creation and changes and quality according to gold model and industry standards to meet customers’ requirements.
  • Stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ensure data shared with customers and consumers follow local regulations (i.e. EU Regulation 1169 – Publication of product information).
  • Support and provide cover for team members in order to ensure a balanced workload.
  • Support Global System Releases - PIM & 1WS.
  • Delivery of GDSN onboarding project across MEU Region - customer enablement.
  • Coordination and delivery of local and regional Data Quality or Product Certification projects (DQX Germany, DQP BNL, GS1 verified).

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
