The Role

Job description Dryer media is one of the growing core product branches within the Atlas Copco air and gas treatment portfolio. During the past 2 years, the Airtec division has invested enormous efforts in releasing these dryer media from a lab scale into industrial sized production. The dryer media taskforce has the mission to successfully launch new dryer media assets, facilitating both thorough R&D on material and application level as the translation towards commercially viable products and field support services. We build strong customer relations founded on guaranteed quality, delivery reliability and open communication as these are crucial parameters in efficiently expanding our roadmap activities and identifying new product applications.

To further extend the dryer media operations and R&D lab services with focus on sustainable growth and safety, it is your challenge as dryer media project and plant coordinator to establish and to maintain the project status overview whilst defining the bottlenecks and associated risks and adjusting priorities if necessary. You align with the different project leaders and technology experts and merge all information into a cohesive activity plan that allows to meet the milestones on our product roadmaps. Periodic status reporting within the team and acting accordingly will make sure that we remain on track. In addition to that, you govern and extend the required infrastructure and utilities on-site to serve this purpose. As sustainability and safety are main drivers in our operational excellence, you will collaborate closely with the dryer media process engineer to conceptualize and implement initiatives on the production floor taking this attitude to heart.

In this job position, you report to the dryer media taskforce leader.

You will be active on our production site which is located in Wilrijk, Belgium.
