We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, a performance-driven mindset, and a data-first approach. You’ll need excellent organizational skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities

- Support the brands in creating and prioritizing the CRO roadmap based on learnings and best practices.
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and testing to inform optimization strategies.
- Launch new technologies and tools, deliver first use cases for the business, and test and report on their impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO and e-commerce.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates and user engagement.
- Leverage Content Square to gain insights into user interactions on the website, understanding how visitors navigate and where drop-offs occur.
- Utilize Google Analytics to analyze user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Regularly present findings and progress to management and stakeholders.
- Support the e-commerce brand teams with the roll-out and optimization of various key projects (e.g., new Account Center, product personalization modules, customer reviews, etc.) by sharing analytics insights and best practices to facilitate decision-making.
- Provide hands-on operational support during project rollouts.
- Strong analytical skills: Able to interpret data, build dashboards, and draw clear insights from tools like Google Analytics, Content Square, and A/B Tasty.
- UX & A/B testing: Experience designing and running A/B tests and optimizing user journeys to boost conversion.
- Technical know-how: Familiar with personalization tools, testing platforms, and e-commerce environments.
- Business acumen: Strategic mindset with a focus on measurable performance and ROI.
- Innovation-driven: Eager to test new tools, gather customer feedback, and stay up to date with CRO trends.
- Organizational skills: Able to manage multiple experiments and support project rollouts across brands.
- Communication: Clear reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
