For our client Microsoft, we are looking for an E-commerce Manager within the Microsoft Digital Stores team.

Your tasks include creating, managing, and executing marketing projects that align with the marketing strategies developed by the regional Product and Merchandising teams within the Benelux.

Additionally, you will contribute to ensuring that the online Microsoft Store remains up to date in content, optimizing the customer experience with the aim of stimulating revenue growth.

A selection of your responsibilities:

  • Optimizing the customer journey & customer experience to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating A/B tests with the Merchandising team and managing content in collaboration with them.
  • Developing a marketing calendar for the Scandinavian region in collaboration with Category Buyers for future promotions and campaigns.
  • Optimizing revenue growth of the online store.
  • Supporting and coordinating product launch campaigns.
  • Managing the local email program including calendar creation, content creation, performance optimization through analysis, etc.
  • Tracking store performance using Adobe Analytics.
  • Performing weekly KPI analysis within key product categories.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant e-commerce experience and a ’can-do’ attitude.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of the French language is a plus but not required.
  • You can collaborate effectively with different departments, work independently and autonomously, and are not afraid to delve into details.
  • You are proactive, possess problem-solving skills, and are analytically inclined.
  • You have a passion for Marketing.
  • Programs like Adobe Analytics hold no secrets for you.
  • You are known for your planning skills, organizational talent, and customer focus.
