Description

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting all information concerning securities transactions in a timely and complete manner in order to inform your colleagues, who will in turn be able to inform the clients. To do this, you will contact custodians to complete your file, you will collect and analyse the positions of the clients concerned, you will prepare and distribute pre-announcements and announcements to clients, check the clients’ response if necessary, ensure that custodians’ and issuers’ deadlines are respected, instruct correspondents, process payment transactions and record securities and cash transactions on clients’ accounts. You will also follow up on any customer complaints received from the customer support department.

Profile

You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in economics/finance. You have a successful first experience in the sector and are passionate about financial markets. You are autonomous, rigorous and analytical. You are at ease with the usual IT tools and have a perfect command of Excel. You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English. You like to work in a small team and you want to improve your financial skills.
