Your journey with us

You’ll be a key member of the Marketing Recruitment team responsible for supporting all aspects of Deloitte brand engagement including the roll out of our brand ambassador programme.

A motivated and results driven individual, you’ll have a track record of implementing marketing plans. You have excellent organization skills and proven experience of planning and managing campaigns with a specific focus on events.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Focus on the Deloitte employer branding strategy and value proposition.
• Build strong external relationships with universities, media, and other third-parties of interest
• Manage our participation in the most relevant recruitment events while partnering with the recruitment team to make sure we maximize the generation and capturing of relevant leads,
• Manage the process of creation and distribution of original, compelling content to engage potential candidates through various channels (blogs, videos, social media, etc.)
• Work with the recruitment teams to plan and target relevant audiences as part of the marketing recruitment strategy
• Contribute to the company-wide projects aimed to build the best employee experience

• Ability to build high quality, sustainable relationships across many functions and levels within the organisation
• Pro-active and hands-on
• Delivery and result-orientated mindset with ability to manage various priorities at the same time
• Ability to navigate complex organisation – think broadly to quickly understand priorities
• Confident communication style with the ability to simplify complex messages to be relevant to the audience
• Passion for communications and people engagement
• A team player who can collaborate across functions
• Well organised and can keep cool when working to tight deadlines
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a relevant business environment;
• Fluent in English, Dutch or French and sound knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with latest marketing tools and social media platforms
