Role description:

  • Procurement of IT material (end-user equipment)
  • Deploy and install PC’s
  • Inventory management
  • Strong Admin skills and IT knowledge.
  • Good command of English and Dutch

Position Summary

The Team members work with regional technicians, Local IT contacts and the End User Community providing support and delivering on the User Request Services for End User Equipment. This position is an onsite End User facing position.

Role Requirements

  • Basic understanding of End User Equipment Asset Management
  • Basic understanding of Web Shop environments
  • Ability to work in multiple delivery and management tools
  • Ability to work with Vendors and Purchasing tools
  • Provide support for End User Requests for all local Customers.
  • Ensure the ability to deliver equipment and support according to Service Levels
  • Ensure documentation and follow-up communications are performed in a professional way

Dienstverband: Voltijds, Tijdelijke Job
Contractduur 6 maanden

Loon: €250,00 - €270,00 per dag

  • ma-vr

Mogelijkheid om te reizen/verhuizen:

  • Ghent: kunnen pendelen of van plan zijn te verhuizen voordat het contract ingaat (Vereist)

  • Klantenservice: 1 jaar (Aanbevolen)
