Enterprise Risk Manager

A global and unique financial services company is looking to hire an Enterprise Risk Manager to grow their team. This opportunity offers a great career development pathand exposure to a variety of projects. The company offers an excellent compensating package and hybrid working pattern.

Your responsibilities as Enterprise Risk Manager:

  • Lead work streams that aim to create and further integrate the Enterprise Risk Management Framework
  • Enable the creation of a framework for contro
  • Coordinate and direct the creation of Internal Controls System Report
  • Be in charge of the yearly enterprise risk management evaluation process for the group
  • Examining the policies’ sufficiency, consistency, and alignment with the ERM Framework;

What they’re ideally looking for in you:

  • Good awareness of the ERM Framework and of Risk Management and related standards (e.g COSO, ISO) is highly desirable
  • University degree in a relevant subject (such as law, economics, business, or finance) or something comparable gained via experience
  • Experience with control frameworks, risk culture, policy framework and enterprise risk frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and are fluent in English
